Coaching institutes, schools and neighbourhood clubs sit close together here, and the printed shirt orders follow: batch tees for a coaching group, house colours for a school event, team kits for a local tournament. Pitampura is also a short run from the Tri Nagar shop, so somebody can come in with a sample shirt and check the fabric before ordering.
Sports and house events need colour to hold up. Sublimation puts the colour into polyester rather than on top of it, so a full-colour kit does not crack after a season of washing, while screen printing on cotton is the choice when the design is a logo in one or two colours.
For anything with a fixed date, the order is worth starting at the artwork stage rather than the quantity stage. A mockup settles the placement, and the size count can still move a little before printing. Delivery within Delhi is the next working day, or the shirts can be collected.
