At Buddies Shop, every order is printed to order. Once your design is approved, your items go into production, get quality-checked, and are packed for dispatch. This policy explains how long that takes, what it costs, and how your order reaches you.
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched from our Delhi facility to all serviceable pin codes nationwide.
Because every item is made to order, the clock starts when you approve the final design mockup — not when the order is placed.
📦 Most orders reach you within 5–12 working days of design approval. Large or bulk corporate orders may need longer — we will confirm a committed timeline in writing with your quote.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your order. For bulk and corporate orders, delivery is quoted along with your order.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery on custom printed products. Because these items are personalised and made to order, they cannot be resold if refused at delivery, so all custom orders are prepaid via UPI, bank transfer, or card.
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number over WhatsApp or email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website using that number.
