Question 1

What is the minimum order for Hexa Bamboo pen with stylus?

Accepted Answer

Bulk pricing starts at 10 pieces. For a smaller number, ask on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is possible.

Question 2

Will I see the design before it is printed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A mockup is sent once we have your logo or artwork, and printing starts only after you approve it.

Question 3

How soon will the order arrive?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is the next working day within Delhi and two days for the wider NCR, counted from the moment you approve the mockup rather than from the enquiry.

Question 4

Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delivery outside Delhi NCR is charged, and the amount depends on the PIN code you want it sent to, so share the destination and we will confirm it with the quote.

Question 5

Can I collect the order from the shop instead?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Orders can be collected from the shop at Shanti Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi 110035, open Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm.

Question 6

Is the price on this page the final price?

Accepted Answer

The price shown is per piece and includes GST. Branding is quoted separately once we have seen the logo and know the quantity, because the method and the number of pieces both change it.
